ICC Trying to Revive India-Pakistan T20 World Cup clash

The International Cricket Council is in discussion with the PCB to convince on its stance on boycott of T20 World Cup cricket match against arch rival India on February 15 as The whole cricketing world is basically holding its breath to see how this drama Between the two sides finally plays out.

Pakistan on the other hand are still defending their stance on not playing their games against india and denied any contact with ICC over this issue In a post on the social media platform X, the PCB issued a statement shared to its spokesman, Amir Mir. “I categorically reject the claim by Indian sports journalist Vikrant Gupta that the PCB approached the ICC,” This tweet was in response to indian sports journlist vikrant Gupta's tweet in which he says that "PCB had reached out to the ICC for dialogue".

As a result of this issues ICC and all cricket boards can bear losses worth millions of dollars in broadcasting rights, sponsor and advertising profitable revenue which are thrown in complete doubt by Pakistan Cricket Board.

The 20-teams T20 cricket wordcup tournament has been downed by an political build-up stance after Bangladesh cricket board, who refused to play in India over their security issues and also some political rift, so they were replaced by Scotish team.

In response to this, Pakistan goverment decided not to allow Green shirts to their cricket worldcup game against India.
